Many diesel fuel additives enhance engine performance and provide financial or ecological benefits. But mixing additive with fuel manually with each tank fill is an error-prone task that requires accuracy and consistency, both in calculation of the correct ratio and in dispensation of the additive into the tank. With incorrect concentration of additives, the benefits will not be achieved; your investment in additives will be reduced or lost.

The revolutionary AddecoTech fuel additive injection system mounts near the fuel tank and automatically injects exactly the right amount of additive each time fuel is added to the tank. The AddecoTech system precisely and accurately injects additive without any operator involvement. It is independent of additive type, mixing ratio, ambient temperature, or amount of fuel pumped in. The AddecoTech system works for all known additives under all climatic conditions for any type of fuel in any mobile or stationary application.

Every design aspect of the AddecoTech system has been considered, including our accessory step that allows the replacement of a truck's OEM step in the situation where there is no more valuable frame rail space to install our system. Manufactured of heavy gauge anodized T6061 aluminium, it is designed to withstand the most punishing on-road enviromments, and still look good.

The AddecoTech Fuel Additive Injector is a computer controlled fully automatic fuel additive dispenser.

On installation, the system is programmed using a simple numeric keypad to tell it what additive is being used and the correct mixing ratio. These parameters can be changed at any time.

Each time the fuel tank is filled the computer reads the tank level sensor and measures the ambient temperature. It then calculates and injects the correct amount of additive, automatically compensating for any temperature related viscosity changes. It maintains an internal record of total fuel and additive added.

The vehicle-mounted applicator draws power from the engine’s 12 or 24 volt system. It is sealed to operate correctly in any conditions. One system can inject up to four separate fuel tanks.
